Needs More arch support and ankle stability

I purchased for strength training versus a different pair I purchased for running. I found this doesn't have adequate support for your arch and quite flimsy on the inside. Cute on the outside. I would not recommend. n

Great for Zumba

I purchased these as I newly started Zumba classes. I wanted something with a balance between stability and smoothness for quick turns and side-to-side. They were immediately comfortable and have just the right feel. I have problems with shoe arches being too far forward, but these were just right.

my foot feels so "secure" in this shoe; and I feel firmly planted on the ground despite my high arches. Perfect for zumba, weight lifting, ellyptical, etc. These stay in my gym bag

Poor Quality, Bad Insoles

I used to wear Ryka exclusively and was so happy to order these based upon a review of women's cross training shoes. I can't say how disappointed I was. The shoes feel very cheaply made and the insoles are basically cardboard. They hurt my feet the first day I wore them. I don't recommend unfortunately.
