Did not like the opening . Zippered one compartment, too small , cuts down on the overall size of the bag . Too small

Where is my order? It said Delivered 4 hours ago but I see no package near by , frustrating to communicate with a bot assistant that keeps repeating the same info I already have from the email or test I get when it said Delivered. Sad .. cus I don’t want a refund I want my package.

Beautiful bag

I absolutely love my new bag,I bought it in the Bordeaux color,one of the the very popular color this season.I love the size of it,it fits a lot of stuff(wallet,phone,sunglasses,readers…).Plus it has 2 pockets outside the bag you can use for a bottle of water,umbrella or anything.The bag is soft but keeps it shape,has a patent shine to it,looks like a expensive item.Im happy to get it on sale.Girls get it and enjoy!
