Perfect Fit

This particular pair and type of leather is a perfect fit. I have had like the gold or nude loafers be on the tighter side but other colors just be perfect and the other leathers be a little loose. I wish I could recommend SE to be ordered online without trying on in store. Just be sure to be able to order where you can return and/or exchange. I love SE and having owned 9 pairs it’s been worth it and I will continue to order these. They work well for me whether I need a laid back casual look, or just relaxed day looks - I can’t fault these shoes. Worth it especially when on sale.

Comfort

I like SE shoes. Just be weary when ordering some of their sizes are a little off. I always order my size but the difference in leather changes the sizing slightly. Despite all that, being an owner of 9 different colors of the SE Lorraine Loafer is worth it. They are my go to loafers after Coach stopped making the amazing loafers they had between 2016 and 2019. I mean all these are at a fraction of Gucci loafers. It’s a win win, but the sizing hmmmmm is a bit off so if you can go to the store even better. All in all, SE has me for life. My loafer looks just work and I look well put together when I don’t want to wear my heels. SE do better on keeping the sizes uniform on all leather options. I always wear 7.5M and for the most options they fit perfectly, but some leathers I had to order an 8 but they are a little loose. I still kept them because I can wear socks if need be.

Beautiful Shoes

I ordered the size 6M in the dark brown textured leather. This is my usual size. I had some other Sam Edelman loafers (animal hair print) I bought a few years ago and they still look great, so I am hoping these will have the same quality. I have widish feet and these loafers are comfortable in the toe area and do not fall off on the back. Loafers are classic and these can be worn casually with jeans and with dressier trousers as well. Sam Edelman shoes have not disappointed me in style, quality and fit. Unlike some other clunky loafer styles, these are sleek and elegant and the bit decoration in the front adds just the right amount of interest.
