I don’t like kinks

Beautiful shoes but I had to re-order a second pair because the first pair had an ugly kink on the front of the shoe I don’t understand my shoes are still sold when they have defects like this

The style and material of these are lovely. Unfortunately they are sized very large. My 6.5 shoes were at least 7.5. Sadly, I will have to return.
