Pulls to the right

I typically love Samsonite suitcases. This one appeared to be of good quality but when I first used it I noticed it was pulling hard to the right while walking through the airport resulting in the bag being at a 30-45 degree angle when rolling next to me. By the end of my trip my wrist was sore from constantly fighting to have the suitcase stay next to my side. And sometimes when I would pull it over towards me my foot would hit the backside of the suitcase because it was at an angle. I will be returning this and trying a different model. Hopefully this issue is only with this model. I wish I could put a picture or video with this review

Samsonite AirLIFT Garment Bag

We purchased a Samsonite AirLIFT Bi-Fold 23" Garment Bag, Created for Macy's 23" Garment Bag Midnight Black for a flight. The night before our trip we opened up the garment bag and attempted to pack. Much to our surprise and dismay the garment bag would not allow us to pack more than (2) men's suits with shirt and tie. The zipper would not move and allow us to close. Even after we tiered the clothes so it would not bulge in the middle; we had a lot of difficulty closing it. Please note there are pockets for shoes etc. inside and we could not utilize those pockets. Nothing else would fit in the inside of the garment bag. We chose Samsonite because of the history of durability and quality. We were disappointed.

Lightweight and versatile!

My former Samsonite large suitcase was about 20+ years old and just too heavy to manage for trips longer than carry-on but shorter than its full capacity. The AirLift is the perfect size, weight and rolling functionality, yay!

Great bag! 1 year in review.

I have the large checked bag. I work exclusively on the road and have 3-5 flights weekly. This bag does show wear, but overall it has been exceptionally durable and the casters are still rolling right along, the extension handle still works. The zippers still button it up tight. My only complaint is the zipper tags (the part you physically pull on) come off because the gap on the zipper is too large for them. I fixed the problem by adjusting it the gap size with a pair of pliers.

Nice lightweight suitcase

Good size, nice looking and lightweight. Wheels work well. Haven’t used it yet so I can’t comment on durability but quality looks good.
