I bought this less than a year ago. I figured I’d spend a bit more and get better quality. Sadly that isn’t true. The exterior pocket came sewing came apart. Don’t get me wrong. I like the bag. The pockets are great. The interior storage is good. I like that straps to tie down on the inside and the packing cube is great if you have dress shirts or a suit to take with you. I just wish the quality control was a bit better.

I was super excited to purchase a high end suitcase and unfortunately, the main zipper broke the second time I used it. I'm super frustrated since I was hoping to use it again for an upcoming trip

Looks nice, but not durable
I’ve had this suitcase for less than a year and already had to replace a wheel, the magnetic bag tag was ripped off and now the Samsonite logo on the front is broken. I bought this because it looked nice and had a lot of features I liked (which is why I didn’t give it one star), but the durability is way less than I expected from Samsonite. I guess the days where Samsonite luggage could stand up to a gorilla are gone…
