I order these and got something else

What I received is horrid. It's a big fat immovable firm pillow in blue wrap. The ones I received are terrible. These pictured are great. I guess I cant order from Macys. Will go to Sealy and try to get the real deal and not be bait and switched. They are going back and I am done ordering. If they get the order right its broken but most of the time its just the wrong thing

These Sealy pillows are a little more firm than I expected. I bought them in-line without actually touching them. They’re more like bolsters than pillows. IMHO
