SEALY COOLING PILLOW
I BOUGHT THIS PILLOW IN MY SEARCH FOR A GOOD FIRM SUPPORTIVE PILLOW. I SAW THIS ON SALE AS I WAS PURCHASING SOMETHING ELSE SO I DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY. I HAVE HAD A IT A WEEK NOW & IT IS GOOD AND FIRM AND HAS GONE FLAT. IT DOES KEEP YOU COOL AS ADVERTISED. SO FAR ITS A GOOD COMFORTABLE PILLOW.

Totally not what I was expecting from Sealy
These pillows are very comfy and I love the cooling factor but one end of one of the pillows has come apart...I've only used them for two weeks! Not at all what I expected of Sealy products.

Cooling pillow
I’m sure the pillow is a good one but it is too big for me. By that, I mean it’s too high for me. I’m only 5 foot tall and I need a pillow about 2 inch thick of ever an inch and a half. I really like the the cooling pillow. I have one and need another.

Do not recommend
Not comfortable at all. Makes loud sounds when moving around on them, almost like they are made of very thin plastic, do not recommend.

Worst pillow
Save your money ! Worst purchase I have made. Pillow provides no support , and is already flat.

Never received
I never received this item and Macy’s says I did so one star. If I could give it negative stars I would. Twice this season Macy’s has massed things up and not done anything about it.

Purchaser
Ordered this item on Dec 12,2025. Order said 3-5 business days to arrive. First update from the site said delay in shipping to Dec 28, but in fact it was never showing that the carrier picked it up. Came as a charge on my credit card this month. Had to call and the rep said they would reorder item. It's Jan 18, so far not on the site for shipping. I'll believe it when I see it at my door!

Hard Noisy Plastic Cover
Pillow is AWFUL! Hard noisy plastic cover. Ordered online so had no idea it would be like it is. Returning.
