Huge waste. I have cooling pillows from awalmart that are nicer than these, cool better and COST HALF THE PRICE. This was one of my worst purchases of 2025. The pillows are like crinkle paper - they are crunchy when squeezed. Wish I could get a refund. They have no support - flattens like a pancake, almost like a rock when you sleep on them. Go to awalmart!!!!

this pillow was not cooling at all. It lost the shape quickly and I really wanted to send this pillow back after the first week

Constantly having to flip pillow due to heat, very disappointed- no cooling properties whatsoever, i would NOT recommend these, nor would I ecer buy them again, waste of money

I was excited to try out this new pillow. The first night sleeping on it was a little uncomfortable because the pillow was too high and firm, but after a week’s time, I’ve gotten used to it. I don’t really feel the coolness of it because I have both a pillowcase and satin cover on it.

The pillow arrived in an open bag. Was not as described. I thought I was getting a firm cooling pillow. It had no support. I returned it to the local Macy’s. They were very helpful.

Horrible! They ball up an it’s been 4 months so I dare not return them so I just walked out and placed them in the dumpster. Never again!
