Happy Customer
I ordered this couch due to the quality. I seen a sectional in store. Sat on it and immediately loved it. That was too big for the room I needed it in, so I went online and ordered the 3 piece. When delivered I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it was and how comfortable. I’m so happy I decided on this couch. Thank you Macy’s for another great purchase!

Buyer beware
When is the sectionals recliners broke in 11 months then Macy’s came out because it was under warranty still and the serviceman ordered the part to be shipped to our house. The part never came and six months of going back-and-forth back-and-forth found out. The guy was no longer part of Macy’s. Macy’s turned us over to worry no more. Check the reviews on worry no more, they are horrific. Well it’s been over a year back-and-forth now and it was finally totally denied and now we’re gonna have it carded away to the dump all within two years of purchase.
Buyer beware
First of all, do not buy worry no more insurance until you read the reviews. Total scam. Mechanisms broke in one recliner before a year was up. The second recliner broke before the second year was up. It has never been repaired because they kept passing it back back-and-forth, and when the part was finally ordered, it never came, and then it was handed to worry no more back-and-forth until. They declined it and I challenged it with all my paperwork and they declined it again. I am now having it picked up and taken to the dump. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying from Macy’s again.

Received chairs on the delivery today; chairs are exactly to the description provided; very elegant and beautiful, luxurious for formal living room and fitting for a den or bedroom area. Add review later on the comfort level; recliner works perfectly; love them! Delivery men very helpful and courteous.
2 Years In and...
I reviewed this when we first got it. It is used daily. While it is still okay it is starting to not operate as it once did. The footrest part on both sides sticks. We did purchase the WNM at the time. Come to find out it had been "canceled" a month later from purchase. We were not made aware of this as we did not cancel it. Unfortunately, it is past the manufacturers warranty. So we are just making the best of an unfortunate situation. Do I regret choosing this sectional? No. Things aren't made like they used to. The light that comes with the console still works, but we ended up removing it and storing it in the console drawer. The charging pad does work if you remove your phone case.
