Cute but not for me

I purchased the Alexia Admor Vayla skirt in the maroon/deep berry color, in a size S/small. I am 5’ 4” and weigh approximately 122 lbs. The size small fit OK however I found it to be a little large in the waist. The length of the skirt was nice and long. The hem line fell to below mid calf. The color of the skirt was beautiful and I really wanted to love it, but I found that the fit of the skirt overall was not that flattering on me. There was something about the material around the waist line that seemed a little bulky on me. Unfortunately, I will be returning the skirt.
