Absolutely trash
Typical shark garbage. App fosent work, robot spends hours lost unable to find the dock. What a pile of garbage, I will NEVER own a shark product again

Downhill purchase
First let me say I am love shark. I have five vacuums in my house right now including this one. I would never recommend this one. It’s so bad. I “upgraded” my favorite shark robot after about five years because it couldn’t clear an error. This one is so bad. It is misses spots constantly, doesn’t communicate- will not tell you it’s full or when it’s stuck. It needs to emptied constantly but it’s a guessing game. This morning it has an error and stopped moving for no reason. So frustrating when my old one was so great.

Wow.
Maybe the worst piece of technology I've ever purchased. I was replacing a very old, bottom of the line robot vacuum from another company and thought this one must be a step up. Nope. It spends most of its time spinning around and attacking things on the floor. The wide open spaces of the floor are clearly not being cleaned. I guess the lowest tier model wouldn't have the best vacuum, but it's very ineffective. Not particularly quiet either, it sounds kinda clunky. Also, it just runs into things constantly, I thought these used lidar or something similar? I've never been able to let it finish a cycle while I'm in the same room because it's so annoying and frustrating. And doing a bad job anyway. Not sure why there's an app, as it has no features and doesn't really do or show much. Would not buy or recommend to anyone.

Love this little machine!
Been a Shark lover for years and used them for my house keeping business. Great customer care to! Now my new robot, it is quiet and does a great job on my 1600 sq ft all hard surface home. Love it for all the unseen dog hair. My dogs even like it. Thanks Shark, I'm a fan for a reason!

Constantly gets itself stuck
The vacuum is great and works well on dog hair, however it's navigation sensors are awful... it constantly gets stuck in floor thresholds, door mats, rug corners or it wedges itself between furniture and the wall... Defeats the point of an autonomous vacuum if you consistently have to free it from basic floor features.

On Sale Equals No Support! So disappointed!
How disappointing! I received this item on Dec. 5, 2025. I wanted to purchase parts to have on hand for when I need them [replacement: filters, wheels, brushes etc.] but when I search for these items I get a message stating nothing is available or item not found. I have tried to get help, but the automated chat bot can't connect me to a person, no one returns my calls nor answers my emails. I'm feeling like the quality of this company has severely delined! The worst part is, I loved my original one so much, I bought two when they were on sale this time and nowhere did the sale state...you buy these items you will get ZERO support from us. I'm feel totally taken advantage of by the SHARK Company. I bought a Shark Matrix and a Shark Navigator

Musically great suction an radar
I bought this vacuum to replace a eufy I inherited from my grandma. The dog hair and teenagers finally took their toll after two good years. This shark has come out of the gate swinging and had done nothing but impress us with its efficiency, suction, and the great radar. We opted to purchase a manual empty model vacuum so we could get an understanding of it working and there are zero disappointments. Recommend this vacuum, especially if your household has pets.

Disappointed
This is my third Shark robot vacuum. The first one was the best. It probably lasted around two years. My second lasted a couple of months and the I purchased this one which was similar to my first hoping it would be just as good. It has only lasted months. I love Shark products but the robot vacuums seem to be declining in quality. I keep getting " the front bumper is stuck" error. I've tried cleaning it and taking it apart to see what is stuck and there is nothing there. It won't run anymore because of this error message. I've bought my last Shark robot vacuum. So disappointed.
