Excellent! And More Sustainable

I love that it is a refill that requires fewer materials to make than the complete Future Solution jar. It shows that Shiseido is striving to make its processes and products take only what is necessary from the planet and thus be more sustainable. If the refill container were recyclable, that would make it perfect. The cream itself is wonderful! I have been using it for years. My order was also delivered only a few days after it was ordered. All in all, the process and product are excellent.

Longterm use and no intention to switch

I have been using this cream for a long time and it works extremely well for my skin. It provides the moisture that is needed but so much more to keep my skin feel and good great. I use the cream for day and night and it seems to strengthen the impacts. I like that a little goes a long way and can be applied very easily, getting absorbed well without leaving any film on my face. When I get the amount I need out of the jar I rub it a bit between my finger tips before I apply it.
