Blade artistry at it’s finest

I bought this knife when I became a sous chef almost 7 years ago and it is still the sharpest knife that I own. She’s battle-tested and still just as beautiful as the day I got her.

Beautiful knife

Santoku style knives are my favorite to use and this knife is by far the best knife I've owned. Beautiful to look at, super sharp, has held up well over the handful of years I've owned it.

An amazing knife

Truly an extension of my hand when using it. However even though treating it with respect I have a chunk missing close to the toe of the blade. What warranty do you offer and what steps are needed in which to correct this? Should I deal directly with the retailer?

Love this knife!

Took advantage of a Shun sale and so happy that I did. This is, definitely, the nicest and sharpest knife I've ever experienced. In fact, I don't think that I knew what "sharp" meant before this knife!
