Less than a month and already a tear/hole

I have had these jeans less than a month and they are extremely comfortable but I don’t wear them for work, just casual wearing, have washed them 3 times now, and there is already a tear/hole in one of the legs. That is ridiculous for a pair of $60+ jeans. I have attempted to send your customer service an email but after I sent it I got an email saying that it failed to send for whatever stupid reasons. I feel that something needs to be done on your side to take care of less than a month old jeans with a hole in them already! I would like to hear back from you on this.
