Macy's can't fulfil an order correctly

Wrong item sent. I ordered earrings and received a men's ring. I've had problems in the past with Macy's sending the wrong item.

chipped marks like it’s peeling

Not sure why it looks like it’s peeling and chipping. For 150.00, I did expect these to look like this at all.

Purchased last fall. Had problems with clasp. Lost last week. Unfortunately, I was unable to retrieve this time. Clasp needs improvement. Paid full price

Nice shiny earrings

I like the size and shine of these hoop earrings, but don't like the clasps. Seem a bit flimsy and concerned that they will eventually break or bend.
