Well made but sadly didn’t fit

The order came well packaged and with excellent communication from the company through every step of the way. Unfortunately, the caddy didn’t fit because of the type of the handheld shower so we had to return it. But I was nonetheless impressed by the design and quality. I’m a big fan of simple human and their products and bummed it didn’t work out for us.

Better instructions needed

The Large Adjustable Shower Caddy is what I wanted. It's good looking and infinitely adjustable. Unfortunately the arrows on the left right adjustment knobs point in the wrong direction and how do those clear peel offs for uneven walls work? Attach them to the wall or the suction cup first? Dare I remove them to straighten the unit out? The instructions don't give a clue.
