What's the occasion for this purchase?Special occasion

Order for 7/12 received 12/1/2 return complicated

I had difficulty on this site trying to return these. I did put a message into the vendor no reply. I called with my problem, not getting a table. It went from one department to another department to another department saying I had to wait for it in the mail they couldn't email it to me hung up the phone after all the transfers called back customer service again tried to get it re-resolved and I got it resolved getting a new label in my email cause the site would not let me get another label or I couldn't find it, but after all the people support and chatting also with a wrap, it was very frustrating

Love these shoes!

These shoes are so comfortable! They are made of a nice supple leather and look great on! The heel strap is adjustable. I have a slightly narrow foot, but I usually get 11M since they are easier to find. I ordered the luggage color in 11M and the black was only available on narrow so I got it in 11N. The narrow fit better, but both work! If luggage wasn‘t sold out, I would exchange for 11N. I was only going to keep one color when I ordered and decide the color to keep at home, but I love these so much I might keep both colors!
