Poor packaging

Haven’t used this yet, butt i was disappointed that it came in a beaten up box and the mask itself had no other packaging, it seemed like I got someone else’s return. They also don’t have instructions on how best to clean this.

Beads are coming out

I bought it in August 2024, rarely used it and it appears to be broken as beads are coming out of it. Can I exchange it?
