The mic is okay but the sound quality is perfect and they have great noise cancellation.

Iffy wireless connection
Not impressed with the wireless connection. Drops out for half a second or so every now and then. Especially under high demand. Not worth the money if you want wireless feature. Connection via cable is great and the audio is fantastic.

Perfect Headset for PS5 Gaming
I’ve been using the Sony INZONE H5 for gaming on my PS5 and I’m loving it! The headset is super comfortable on the ears — I can play for hours without feeling tired. The sound is clear and immersive, making games feel more alive, and the wireless connection works perfectly without any lag. The mic is also great for chatting with teammates. Almost perfect
Great audio quality, awesome feature to split audio track of games and chat to be able to adjust the volume of each. Really lightweight as well so it doesn't weight down and cause problems on the head. There is a problem specifically with spotify that the audio will not play if audio device is set to the Game profile.

WH-G500 review
I had WH-G500 two weeks ago. Great accessory for gaming, listening to music, watching TV on the computer, and so on. The sound quality is not the best, but it's good for the money you spend on it. The phones are also comfortable when used for a long time.

The product is excellent quality and backed with Sony help and technical support, unable to test them as they are a Christmas present for Granddaughter hope this helps regarding quality and Sony support.

Very good, no control over noise cancelling
I have had this headset for about a month and I am very impressed with it honestly. It's lightweight, comfortable and has good sound quality. I play a lot of rhythm games and with the wireless connection it is fast enough that I don't need to use a wire, which is a nice change. The noise cancelling is also impressive, with my previous microphone I had constant issues with my very barky dogs being audible, as well as most other noises, but the noise cancelling catches pretty much everything. The only issue I have with it is as a woman, I have a high pitched voice, and my voice gets a lot higher when I am excited. The noise cancelling tends to cut my speech off completely if I get too high pitched, and there are no settings to rectify this within the inzone app. This is annoying for me but not a dealbreaker, but if you have a high pitched voice I would recommend a different headset without heavy noise cancelling.
