The color

Although the quilt arrived with the right name of the color I ordered written on the package, the color of the quilt I received was VERY different from the picture shown on Macy’s website. I went to the store and returned the quilt. Just wondering why, with technology being more advanced than ever, Southshore couldn’t send Macy’s a more accurate picture of the color.

The shipping carrier delayed my order with no explanation. I am still waiting for package to arrive.

Awful shipping condition

The quilt arrived in a box at my gate opened and damaged with no label or paperwork. I have not even opened the quilt it to examine it, but this kind of delivery is unacceptable. Macys should do better even if this is a third-party shipper. As this is bedding, and since the box was not only opened but damaged, I will be returning the item. Too bad.

Perfect!

This oversized quilt is the perfect weight as I live in the California desert. The size is excellent! Great price and although I don’t expect it to last forever, for the price it’s awesome!

Oversized

I was surprised that the quilt was so large and the fabric was not your straight cotton face. I'm not crazy about the feel of the quilt but after washing is it acceptable. The quilt is basically an over sized extra long twin, which I didn't want and it fits on a full size bed. For the price I will keep and use for afternoon naps and company.
