WRONG ITEM

I was very disappointed in Macy's more so than the item. The boots that were shipped to me were: the wrong size, wrong color, and completely wrong style. To pay that much and it not even be close to what I ordered was very upsetting. Of course I returned the item, but it caused an inconvenience and causes me to be skeptical IF I decide to purchase from Macy's again. It's as if the packing department didn't even try.

Solid, strong and comfortable boot!

Absolutely love them even though the laces are hard to stay tied. They’re a bit heavier than the regular duck boot but also feel much more solid at the base. They keep my feet warm and dry in all weather.
