Deliver Companies NEED to follow instructions

Sadly, never received. Delivery had directions to be followed. It is a request for a reason. I received a ripped open box! Thankfully Chat Macy's rectified the issue. Hoping to receive the item correctly this time. Thank you, Macy's. 5 Stars because looking forward to this mug :)
