Size

Better QC needs to be done i was so excited I got my coat as I loved the color. As the other reviews stated which I should have looked at before purchasing it of the zipper issues, lots of loose threads, snug but I didn't. Till the zipper issue I had and to realize the size that was sent to me after advertising when I was buying it that 3x was the only one left so purchase it since that is size I wear. Only to happened to look at the tag today to see it is 2x so surprised so now I understand why when it was time to zip up took a moment hmm 😒 🤔 I no longer have anything to return as I said this is a keeper. When you purchase stuff and you getting before you get all emotions flowing with excitement check out your purchase that was my error.

Defected

Zipper broke already and i’ve only worn the coat 4 times. I just brought it at the end of January. It was a warm coat

DO NOT BUY THIS COAT! ZIPPER AND THREADING ISSUES

I had the same exact experience with this coat that other customers had. I bought this coat in December and within several weeks after washing it, the threading was hanging. The coat didn't come apart so I figured no problem. I'll just cut the threads off. (Keep in mind that I followed the manufacturers washing instructions.) Today, the zipper is the problem. It zips and then splits open. I only have two winter coats. This coat is something that I wear most of the time because it is black and is warm. I am unable to return the coat due to the 30-day return policy; therefore, I will have to have the zipper fixed which may be costly.

I may have written a review already, but here’s another. I purchased this coat in brown size 2XL. I am 5’2 and weigh about 225. It fits me well. I may have been able to go down one size. I lost a little weight after my purchase. Anyway, I have room to wear a sweater underneath, if necessary. I’ve been wearing it in NYC for the last three days while temperatures were in the teens and single digits and this coat has kept me very warm. If you don’t wear a scarf, the coat does not act as scarf, but it does cover your neck a little bit. I am so happy with my selection.

Don't buy

I honestly regret buying this coat. Purchased January 2nd. it's nice and warm. thought I would have it at least a few winters. Zipper broke yesterday (1/20/26) on the coldest day of the year so far. Wish I hadn't thrown away the tags. Garbage. Do yourself a favor and buy another coat. I would absolutely NOT recommend this coat.
