Cute jacket but size is off

The jacket is cute but it’s way big for the size. I normally wear small and purchased S. I can wear sweater underneath of this jacket and still have plenty of space. I wish I have bought XS instead.

This jacket is a very cute staple to the fall wardrobe. It has a very relaxed fit with room to layer over a light sweater or top. The two front pockets are roomy and cute at the same time. There is a small amount of stretch to the denim. I am 5’3” and busty and the large had more than enough room to be comfortable with light layers underneath. The arms were a little bit on the longer side but I folded them one time and that fixed that.
