Sleeves are strangely long

This would have been a five-star review. The fit and fabric of this medium petite jacket are perfect, as if the jacket were tailor-made for me. But the sleeves are so long that I have to get them altered. The neck, armhole height and bust line fit and height are tailored to fit a true petite, which I applaud. But the sleeves are strangely long. I tried unbuttoning the cuff and folding them back and leaving the cuffs buttoned and folding them back halfway, but it just isn't attractive.
