Flawed but cute

Unfortunately, the jacket arrived with a large hole in the middle of the back, so it is not useable. The packaging both inside and outside was fine, so this clearly means there was a lack of quality control. Besides that, I ordered up and am glad I did as it runs on the small side. It was also very boxy and way too short to be worn with pants. It would look best over a dress. Also, it was extremely thin, which could be wonderful if you plan to wear it all day inside an office similar to a cardigan. Otherwise, this would be far too thin as an actual jacket to wear when it is a chilly spring evening. It has potential because the color, embroidery details, and soft feel are all fabulous. However, it needs a shape redesign, and the manufacturer needs better quality control.
