I ordered three different pairs of earrings from this supplier and I was EXTREMELY Disappointed with the dialogue I had with Macy’s to find out what was the status of my purchase. It was supposed to be three to six days.,long story short, no one had any answers and it took 4 and a half weeks. The earrings are gorgeous but I don’t think I can get over the nonchalant attitude of saying they would be happy to cancel the order . I never found out what the holdup was…..
