Late shipping order

I ordered this at the beginning of December. Got confirmation of shipping on 12/9/25. I didn’t receive my shipment until 12/29/25. No refund, no sorry, nothing but a box on my doorstep 4 days after Xmas. Horrible!

These were huge and uncomfortable. They also looked really cheap.
