Versatile

Good jacket and useful in various conditions easy to layer and stellar in windy ones. Hood works well. Fit is as expected ism 5 11 200 lbs and jacket is slightly roomy.

Too big

I am 162 pounds,5’09 I ordered large size , but it’s too big for me . I will order medium one .

Macy says it’s Medium fit but it’s actually Large

Doesn’t fit to the size mentioned. Macy says it’s Medium fit but it’s actually Large fit. It’s oversized! Cmon guys, please keep your descriptions accurate!

Apex Elevation Insulated

This is my third and final attempt to write a review. The popups have forced me to restart this review two times. Saw this at Cove Outfitters at Mohegan Casino and really liked the color and was not aware they made an insulated Apex. Ordered Size Large I am 5'10" about 195 lbs. Wore it first time yesterday, temps were in upper 20's with a light freezing rain switching to all rain later in the day. The jacket is very light and plenty warm enough for a 90 minute walk with the dogs. Fit was great with a sweatshirt under. I noticed later that the water was beading up nicely on the jacket so the DWR is working. But two things I did not like. This is just me but I prefer the hood adjustment in the back of the hood versus both sides on the front which this jacket has. Whenever I do the front cinches it always drops to eye level. The second thing is the sleeves do not have the velcro adjustment but just has a polyester cuff on the inside. The velcro adjustment is just so much better, especially with gloves. Please bring back the velcro adjustment cuffs for future versions. All in all would definitely recommend this jacket. A side note for North Face staff, PLEASE BRING BACK THE CHROMIUM, best functional jacket I ever owned.

Undelivered and long wait

I have been waiting for 8 days and have called the service representative three times, but still haven't received my package. I have no idea why Macy’s send me an email to make comments for my order!
