Great bag just not quite as large as I thought

I purchased this bag in the Sand color. It’s a nice bag, and the color is accurate to the website. The bag is not as large as I thought it would be based on the image of the model holding the bag. The dimensions on the Macy’s website are not accurate. It says the dimensions are 14"W x 11.5"H x 4"D, but the correct dimensions, which I verified against the manufacturer’s website are 12”W x 14” H x 4.5”D. Otherwise no issues with ordering, and it came quickly.

Awkward strap length

I liked the feel of the leather but ended up returning it. The bag itself is larger in person than it appears on the model in the images. If the images weren't so zoomed in, you could probably get a better idea of the size/proportion. Holding up a measuring tape just isn’t the same as seeing an item in person or having a reliable image of the item on a model. The size of the bag wasnt a deal breaker for me, the main issue was that the strap is too long for a shoulder bag and too short for a crossbody bag. Despite the image showing hardware on the strap, it is not adjustable, so you are stuck with the awkward strap.

I am really loving this

I am really loving this back. I have been using really small bags and then some medium, but this one is not huge, but it has a better way of keeping things organized. It has a zipper pocket on the back which you can put things in. it has a slip pocket to put your phone in and then on the inside there’s some pockets and I ordered the phone case or wallet and then with that it just makes it really easy and it’s beautiful. I love the soft leather.
