Mostly good, but missing some important features!
Well constructed, nice quality materials. However, I don't understand why there is no handle on the top of the bag -- something like a lunch-box handle (not hard plastic, but flexible webbing?) It would be SO much easier to pick up and deal with. The handles on either side of the bag were not immediately obvious to me, especially because they are so snug to the bag -- no gap where it would be easy to slip your fingers through. They are tight, even for smaller hands. Second, it is hard to grip the bag when unzipping the lid. It needs some sort of strap or loops at the ends of the zipper to hold onto and pull against when when grasping the zipper pulls around the corners of the bag. You have to pick it up/put it down/resposition your hands more than once to get this fully opened. It may not sound like a big deal, but it does make a difference. These two usability issues are big for me. I wish I would have returned this before it was too late and opened. (I bought this as a gift for my husband.) There are just too many other great toiletry bags out there competing against this one to settle for this kind of difficulty.

Good quality and well designed
The quality of the material is really good and feels pretty durable. It’s really good for keeping organized - the packets are see through and one is leak proof which is great. This is probably better for men in many instances - it could have a bit more storage capacity but all in all it’s very good.
