DISSAPOINTED

I bought this shirt with a pair of pants and also got a polo shirt, then exchanged the pants for a different pair of pants from Ralph Lauren, and returned the Tommy Hilfiger shirt, the knee pants i got with the polo shirt still didn’t fit my son so came back after 3 days to return them, and the cashier said i had to get a store credit, even though i paid in cash it made no sense and was definitely not satisfied as a cashier myself i know that everywhere a refund or return is to be processed in the same form of payment on which it was purchased.
