Altitude Slim Backpack

I was exited to get this backpack and it is great looking. Unfortunately I tried putting my travel items inside and it is very heavy, so I could not use it. I am small and have bad arthritis in my neck and shoulders, so was hoping this could replace my small duffel but is is way too heavy for me, without a lot in it (no laptop). I tried to return it - supposedly there is a 100 day trial period with returns after that. I was told I cannot return it because I got it on sale - nowhere is that stated in any of my emails or on the order itself. I have used Travelpro almost exclusively for the last 10-15 years and this was extremely disappointing, If they no longer live up to their promises I will go back to Briggs & Riley!

Best backpack ever

I absolutely love this bag! It keeps me incredibly organized as I lose everything at the bottom of every bag normally. The easy to reach pocket for your phone the way your keys get locked to a string inside. The way the front pocket folds open without ripping at your zippers. Incredible amount of padding for your back shoulders and your laptop. It is incredibly well-made and very rich looking. Also, when looking at the picture online, it looks very wide where the extra cups can go on the sides of the backpack, but they zip to be really tight to the sides so it’s not as wide looking if you’re not using the cupholder or umbrella holder.

This is a nice small backpack. It fits a lot more in it than I would have guessed. It is very comfortable to wear and very sturdy.

Great daily backpack

I was really surprised by its professional appearance and high-quality material used in every details. It is sturdy and always maintains its shape. The only drawback for this specific size is that it is literally slim, which makes it less suitable for trips of two or more days. I would recommend 30L version in general. That said, if you are certain you will use this for daily purpose, it is absolutely perfect.

Great Backpack

Great backpack, slim yet full of compartments and space. Used this on a few trips and the quality is great and features great cushion to not be a painful carry. Travelpro continues to excel and remains my favorite brand.
