Nice flats but need a size up

I got a pair in navy blue, size 10M. They are well made and very pretty but they feel like size 9. Not enough length and width. I waited 11 days for them to arrive so I will not be ordering a bigger size.

Pretty, but...

Nice looking. Heel on narrow width was much too wide, even with a heel cushion inserted. A shame because I really liked the shoe
