Disappointed and disgusted

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Macy’s for selling such poor-quality products. The item I received looks like it was made from scrap metal, and its condition is unacceptable. It arrived damaged, poorly packed, and in a box that was partly opened and damaged as well. Macy’s should thoroughly inspect their vendors and take action to ban those providing such cheap, substandard products.
