Mixes easily in water

I take this five days a week when I am working out. I am not as sore whether it's bike riding or lifting weights. Mixes easy with water. I have the unflavored and find it easy to drink.

Great investment

As an active 62yr young woman I’m constantly looking for clean- quality products to not just enhance performance but quality of life- this one fits the bill- I waited 3 months to review to be sure I could report accurately on product- my observations are faster recovery after all works but especially after intense ones…. And a noticeable reduction in soreness. I prefer unflavored as i throw it in my post workout smoothie! Recommend for all ages and fitness levels
