Didn’t receive the item

I ordered this item on November 30, they delivered to a wrong address, and the customer service said will send me a replacement, I didn’t receive the item still.

Where's the tie?

I have not received the tie yet. Macys said it was shipped on Sept.8th, but UPS says they have not received the item. My husband needed this tie for a special occasion , so I am very disappointed that it has not been received and will request a refund.
