Looks nice but leather coming off after a few uses

The shoes look nice and feel comfortable, but they must be cheaply made. After wearing them a handful of times over the past couple of months since I got them in December, they are quickly showing signs of wear. The toes of both shoes got scuffed the last time I wore them. It must have been very minor because I didn't notice anything unusual at the time. Now the leather has rubbed off. The soles of the shoes already appear worn down too. Very disappointed.
