Extremely disappointed: Two units, same defect

I am beyond frustrated with this product. I really wanted to love the Victrola Revolution Go because of its design and portability, but the quality control is nonexistent. This is the second unit I have purchased, and both arrived with a dead battery. Just like the first one, the charging light turns red for a second and then disappears. The battery refuses to take a charge, meaning the "portable" record player only works if it’s plugged into a wall socket. It seems there is a serious issue with the lithium batteries sitting in stock for too long. I’ve now spent time and money on two different units, and both are essentially paperweights. I don't want to return it for a third time; I want a product that actually works. Victrola, please reach out and provide a real solution for this known issue. Buyers, beware of the battery problems.

Probably the best compact record player available.

I have had this for about a year. I take it on our trips with some records for us. I also use it to test out thrift records etc. For the money you get a lot. At first I was Leary of the winstar plastic turntable used in many suitcase players. It’s been completely fine and even came with a very nice heavy rubber platter mat. The unit comes with a very good 3600L cartridge. It tracks at 3.5 Grams and also has factory set side bias or more commonly called anti-skate. The sound is rich and has bass that satisfies. The battery lasted me about 10 hours. This unit has RCA built in preamp outputs to hook to an external speaker or stereo input. You can stream to your Bluetooth speakers OR you can stream to the Revolution and use it as a long running on battery BT speaker. I recommend this to anyone. It’s a good product. At least the one I got has been. Only con is the plastic top is very thin. No problem so far however.

Had mine for three years and still i absolutely li

I take it everywhere and play vinyl…I get compliments all the time. And the vinyl stream is great full sound from ssoo po my speakers. Bluetooth awesome for personal listening.. and yes full rich warm sound from the Player. I recommend the revolution to anyone….

Amazing product

I adore this record player! It’s so cute and the size is perfect. It opens up wide enough so it will never damage your larger records like some say. The sound quality is amazing and I love the Bluetooth and features. Everything is very easy to use and it was a great purchase.

Okay but only as a "starter" record player

It's okay for a "starter" record player, but it takes several minutes to connect to bluetooth which is a bit annoying. Also, you have to reconnect to your device EVERY time you turn on the player (most devices connect automatically). Plus, the machine itself is a bit cheap quality. And remember that you can't close the lid without removing your record.

Truly Portable Turntable!
