Warehouse people do not know how to wrap plates

I ordered plates and they are all scratched each other because they did not put anything between each plates and while transitioning, they scratched each other. Please train staff how to wrap the plates. Now the plates look like very used.

Beautiful & elegant

The plates are beautiful off white a little bit, not as white white as Fortessa dinnerware if you own them. Still they're beautiful, different & cute! I like the curve of the plate which makes food on the plate look more delicious! They're of the right size to hold.
