So comfortable

I am much more likely to wear a shoe that has no back. More of a slip on. This shoe however, is comfortable from beginning to end and is one of the few that I will purchase despite them not being slip ons. Super cute too.

The original Willa loafer is what built your loyal customer base—myself included. It delivered consistent sizing, excellent structure, and the all-day comfort Vionic is known for. It was a product customers could rely on without hesitation. The Willa 2.0, however, is a significant step backward. The sizing is inconsistent—I’ve now returned four pairs trying to find the right fit, which was never an issue before. I also spent over an hour comparing options, only to find that sizing varies even between different colors of the same shoe. That level of inconsistency is incredibly frustrating and undermines confidence in the brand. The construction lacks the structure of the original, and the heel design has caused bruising and raw spots, making them uncomfortable to wear. This update moves away from what made the Willa so successful in the first place. The original design wasn’t just popular—it earned customer trust and loyalty. I strongly encourage Vionic to listen to customer feedback and return to the design, quality, and consistency that made the original Willa such a standout.

Nice look slip on, not enough arch support

I bought these for work. After 2 weeks of wear, my lower back is in constant pain. If you don't need arch support, these might work fine for you.

Willa 2.0 Perf Slip on Flat

These shoes are very loose and floppy from the instep back through the heel. My foot goes up and down out of the shoe and it is a blister maker. I purchased the same size I always buy and the front of the shoe fits perfectly until you get to the instep. The insole does not seem to have any cushion and the arch support seems nonexistent. I do not recommend these shoes at all. I am very disappointed as I have been wearing nothing but Vionics for over 8 years.

Disappointed-back goes to high & rubs you raw

They are cute but the back of the shoe goes way too high up the back of ur foot and just rubs a sore into your skin within minutes of walking in them. There is also not a lot of support on the foot bed. I bought these but didn’t wear them for a few months and now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that are not wearable due to the issue with the back of the shoe and can’t be returned. 😒

Blisters

I love the look of these shoes and the arch support but ever time I've worn them I've ended up with terrible heel blisters. They even cut through two layers of blister band-aids. Sadly, I can not recommend,

Loved the old Willa not the 2.0.

I have lots of the regular Willa they fit like a glove. The new 2.0 are totally different, as the fit is not good. Please bring back the old ones!
