Beautiful chest

After waiting for three months, we finally received the chest and two nightstands. After unpacking, all three items were intact. Everything looks beautiful in our bedroom. They match our new bed perfectly.

Horrible

This dresser arrived to my home four times damaged. Each time I had to take off work to sit and wait for it. To top it off, they charged me each time and I had to constantly check for the refund. Save yourself the trouble - this item is poor quality and not well made. How does something have severe damage everytime it is unboxed for delivery?? They assured me they would check prior to delivery - and obviously they never did. Macy’s customer service is non existent. Unless you want to sit on the phone outsourced to a noncommittal representative - over and over - skip this one.
