Ordered these glasses for a gift. They may have been nice but when received they were both shattered. And I do mean shattered!!! Shards of glass were everywhere in the box. I called the Customer Service line and explained the situation and the service rep indicated that the glasses would be replaced free of charge. That - I appreciated. Two days later, I received an email stating that since it was confirmed that the glasses were received by me, they would not replace or credit the glasses. Huh???? How could I know they were broken if they weren't received. The majority of returns have been received by the customer! I am now going to have to make a long trek to a Macys store to return the glasses in person - which I definitely will be doing! I'm truly done with Macys!! They treat their customers very poorly and, obviously, they don't train their associates on how to pack glass items. I can see why this store is having financial difficulty.

Waterford crystal is the best!

This is too funny!! I never received my order and when I tried to address the issue, I was told it was a system error and I could and would not receive the order even though it was in stock and paid for. Last time I will use Macy's for anything. Someone made a mistake at Macy's and unfortunately I was the one that had to tell my son...sorry no Christmas present as promised.
