Never received jacket

Tracking showed delivery that never happened. No photo evidence on UPS Proof of delivery tracking. No delivery recorded on Ring Door cam at time of delivery.

Never did receive the correct coat I ordered and took a few weeks to receive my refund. Extremely dissatisfied with Macy's.
