Good feel overall but has some issues

The material and construction had a very good quality look and feel. However, the two zipper felt very flimsy. Worse, the fit was unusual to me. For example, the fit for the shoulders and sleeve length were right, but the arms were very bulky even though the torso was a little small for me.

Delivery way late with no notification

Order was said to be delivered on the 23rd but was delivered on the 29th and without any email or text saying so. Even one day late would have been reasonable. The only reason I purchased was to gift it so it was an embarrassment to not give it on time and a clear representation of the inconsistency with delivery and communication from Macy's.com. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from Macy's again as there are many other retailers that will deliver on time.
