Dissatisfaction

One container was broken and I haven’t heard back from Macy’s about replacing it. I’m not interested in going to a male dropbox and standing on my head to get a replacement item.

Item not received

I never received this item. The tracking details noted that the shipper requested that the item be sent back. When I called Macy’s customer service they had no additional information, saying that they are now selling on their website items from a third-party and do not have oversight or accountability for those items. As a customer, that is not acceptable.

I like that its lightly scented for home or night time wear. On a regular day will need to reapply or use something else in conjunction.
