Penguin never received

I ordered this item around Christmas time and was plenty of time for it to arrive. It never did. I had kept getting messages about its delayed. It’s delayed. It’s delayed. Finally got to the point that it was too late for me to ask for a refund. I’m still very angry that it never arrived and that they just took my money.
