Happy I bought the boots. Wish in future you'd add a tab down by heel of boot so is easier to pull off.

Nice boot. Company will not make exchange.

My daughter loved the boot, but they were too small. Sent them back and asked for the next size up by the company would not make the exchange.

True to size, hoping they hold up.

Fits true to size. Have not used them out in the wild yet, but hoping they hold up. Seem warm, and as a 5'3" person, they are a good height for me. Getting them off is an adventure, you might need to phone a friend, especially if you have bigger calves. The price was right for cyber monday.
