Beautiful shoes but extremely tight

I ordered a couple of pairs for an upcoming Greece trip and it was extremely tight. I ended up ordering half a size up, which was a better fit, but the strap was still way too tight. They are really cute and I really wanted to keep them but I didn't know if they would stretch and I didn't want to risk it.
